Motorcycle Mechanics Institute is the only Harley-Davidson Mechanic School in the United States authorized to administer the Harley-Davidson® Entry-Level Skills Assessment (ELSA). MMI also provides a fully equipped Harley-Davidson PHD Program library for the students. (A self-paced learning system designed to keep professional dealership technicians current.) An MMI Late Model Harley-Davidson student can complete all of the required PHD workbooks while in school.
